As you know, students will be staying in the same classroom this year for all subjects except PE, Cree/Michif and French Second Language. In order to cut down on movement throughout the school, they will not have lockers but will keep all supplies in the classroom. Therefore, we ask that on the first day your child attends school you send only the following:
1 Binder with Looseleaf
Several pencils, pens and an eraser
Pencil crayons and/or felt pens
Ruler
Scissors
Calculator
Whiteboard Markers if they have them
Chromebook, Tablet or Laptop if they have one
Non-marking shoes for the gym
Teachers will let students know in advance when they need to bring other materials.
If your student does not have an chromebook, tablet or laptop to work on, they will be provided with paper copies of assignments or, where possible, be given a a school chromebook to work on.
