All Returning Student Verification forms are asked to be submitted for the 2022/2023 school year prior to June 30th, 2022.
- New Student Registration and Returning Student Verification forms in Grande Yellowhead Public School Division are conducted exclusively online.
Every child enrolling in Grande Yellowhead Public School Division has a designated school. Click here to find your child's local school/program.
- All parents and guardians must complete a registration form or returning student verification form before their student can be registered for the upcoming school year.
- Please note, each school in GYPSD will have a computer available for any families requiring access or assistance when filling out the form.
Acceptance to a school of choice will be based upon existing GYPSD AP 300 Admission of Students including availability or non-availability of space and resources.

A New Student is one who has never been enrolled in a school in GYPSD or was not enrolled in a GYPSD school on the last day of school in the previous school year, as well as new kindergarten students entering school for the first time.
A Returning Student is one who was enrolled in a GYPSD school on the last day of the previous school year (e.g. students entering Grades 1-12).

Snapcodes are mailed out beginning the week of February 14, 2022.
Families are encouraged to submit the Returning Student Verification Form to confirm enrolment for the 2022/2023 school year.
