PGMS works hard to develop an environment that fosters the growth and development of all players. We do our best to provide an opportunity for all athletes to participate in sports they desire.
This year, we have been able to offer "B", "C" and Club levels teams for our athletes as well as allowing our grade eight students to try out for Parkland's "A" level teams. Students who try out are placed onto a team that coaches feel best suits their development. We are committed to fostering the love of the game within all our student athletes.
École Pine Grove Middle School competes within GYAC, the Grande Yellowhead Athletic Committee. Our school usually will enter teams and students in Volleyball, Cross Country Running, Golf, Basketball, Badminton, Track and Field, and Rugby.
We are also in the process of trying to start up a football team in conjunction with Parkland Composite High School. Many of our students have already expressed interest in joining and we look forward to developing our program further.
