École Pine Grove Middle School is pleased to offer exploratory options for your child. Please indicate which options your child would like to take for quarters 2, 3, and 4 this year. Each option will run for ten weeks time. PGMS will try their best to place students in the options of their choice.

Forms are DUE back by: Friday, October 8, 2021. If forms are not completed by this time, teachers will fill them out with their students in class.
