Board Community Engagement Event: March 2

We invite our school community stakeholders to join GYPSD's Board of Trustees for an opportunity to share your voice on public education.

The Board is hosting three events:

JASPER COMMUNITY: February 22, 6-8pm at Jasper High

EDSON COMMUNITY: March 2, 6-8 pm at Parkland Composite High School

LOBSTICK: March 8, 6-8 pm at Niton Central

These annual community engagement meetings provide participants with information on the Division's work and key strategies to help each student succeed. It is an opportunity to sit with your local trustees and hear about the Board's governance focus and advocacy efforts for public education.

For planning purposes, the Board of Trustees invites school community stakeholders to propose educational topics and/or questions for the Board to address at this meeting. Your participation and input are vital to our planning process because education is built on collaboration with all of our public education partners.
